Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We will accept the return of goods only if they are received by the customer in a damaged condition. To initiate a return request, the customer must submit clear photographic and video evidence of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery for non-personalized products. We will review all returned products, acceptance or rejection of the return shall be at the sole discretion of TPIF Gifts based on the assessment of the submitted evidence and the findings of the investigation.
Unfortunately, customized gift items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all products that are customized with messages, names, logos or any other form of personalization, unless otherwise the customized item arrives damaged, defective or is significantly different from what was ordered. We shall not be obliged to accept any return request if the required proof is not submitted within the specified timeframe or if the claim is not substantiated by the investigation.
2. Cancellations
As a rule, all sales made on www.tpifgifts.com are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. We reserve the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case
(i) We are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner and/ or
(ii) The user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use.
We will ensure that any communication with regard to cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable period.
3. Refunds
You shall be entitled to a refund only if we are unable to deliver your order. All refunds are almost exclusively routed back to the original mode of payment, and it may take 5-7 days for the amount to be reflected on your card or your bank account.
